1. What is your privacy policy?

Ordering is safe and secure on artbyangie.ca. None of your personal information will ever be sold or released to third parties. Your e-mail will solely be used to communicate order information.

All orders and information are processed professionally through Paypal, renowned for it's buyer protection.

2. What payment forms do you accept?

All orders are processed electronically through Paypal. Even if you don't have a paypal account, you can use a credit card through paypal without having to sign up.

All orders are in Canadian funds. Paypal will automatically convert currency for you.

Paypal is a safe method of paying online, and is secure and protected.

3. Where do you ship and what are your shipping rates?

All orders are accepted, both Canadian and International. They are mailed out from Sudbury, Ontario in Canada via Canada Post.

Rates are as follows:

• $0.01 - $14.99 = $3.50
• $15.00 - 24.99 = $5.50
• $25.00 - $99.99 = $8.00
• $100+ = free shipping

4. How long will it take to recieve my order after placed?

Orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days of being placed. An e-mail will be sent out to let you know that your order has been shipped. After your item is shipped, the following is estimated arrival times:

Canadian orders : ~ 2-7 business days

US orders : ~ 7-14 business days

All other international orders: ~ 5 - 10 business days to reach your country; the remaining time is based on your county's postal system.

*Please note, items may be delayed by customs. Possibly duties and taxes are the responsiblity of the buyer.

5. Do you take custom orders?
